The health coverage tax credit is available to certain individuals who:

• Receive a pension benefit from the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), or
• Are eligible trade adjustment assistance (TAA) recipients, or
• Are eligible alternative trade adjustment assistance (alternative TAA) recipients.
