Call the Home Submission Processing Center for the following:

• Transmission problems;
  
• Reject codes;
  
• Status of processing; and
  
• If you need another Test ETIN while filing production;

NOTE: Transmitters are able to reset all types of Acknowledgement Files by choosing menu option 8 from the EMS Main Menu. Transmitters must enter either the GTX Key or ACK file Reference Name. If you have difficulty, you may contact the e-Help Desk.
