Current FEDTAXII users are asked to VERIFY FEDTAXII POINT OF CONTACT information and be sure it is up to date - this is the information that will be used for the Automatic Enrollment letters for EFTPS so accuracy is vital.
Once again, FEDTAXII data MUST BE BACKED UP to some other form of media prior to 11/30/2009 or your data will be lost. Please see How to Electronically Archive FEDTAXII History for additional guidance.

Important Dates	FEDTAXII to EFTPS Transition
10/23/2009	Registered FEDTAXII users will be mailed EFTPS Automatic Enrollment Letters - these will contain the EFTPS PIN for the agency AGENCIES MUST WAIT UNTIL 11/6/2009 to make any FEDERAL TAX DEPOSITS through EFTPS.
11/06/2009	Agencies may begin using EFTPS to deposit federal taxes for Forms 941, 945, CT-1, 720 and 1042. Forms 941 may be filed electronically while Forms 945 and CT-1 may be completed and printed, then mailed to the IRS.
11/30/2009	FEDTAX II will be decommissioned on November 30, 2009 – ALL deposits and filings must be processed via EFTPS as of this date.
