Third Party Data Store (TPDS) CD

The Third Party Data Store (TPDS) lists currently authorized Electronic Return Originators (EROs) along with information relating to the numbers and types of returns filed to date in the current tax year and for the two preceding tax years. The IRS performs a semiannual extraction of selected data from the database each year in late January for data through December 31 and July for data through June 30 and provides it to the public upon request for a fee. The minimum fee is $15.00, but the fee may vary substantially depending on costs associated with producing a particular extract.
