Verify that all forms, schedules and attachments have the taxpayer's name as well as the social security or taxpayer identification number.

• Forms and schedules behind Form 1040NR or Form 1040NR-EZ
• Forms W-2 and Form 1042-S to the left margin of the front page
• Any Form 1099 that shows federal income tax withheld
