Form 8843

The nonresident return's Other Information section asks questions very similar to those on Form 8843. Complete this section even though it may seem repetitive.

Answers to many of these questions may be found in the taxpayer's passport information. It is helpful to request that taxpayers bring their passport when having their return prepared.
