Each course in Link & Learn Taxes includes a link to the Electronic Tax Software Practice Lab for VITA/TCE volunteers. The Practice Lab software allows tax preparers to get practical experience using the same software they probably use when assisting taxpayers.

You can also use the Practice Lab to complete practice returns and test scenarios using tax software.

More Information

Students can use the Practice Lab software to complete the test scenarios in Form 6744, Volunteer Assistor's Test/Retest and the Puerto Rico test.
