Form 1099-K

Payment settlement entities (PSE) may have to report merchant card payments and third network payments on new Form 1099-K, Merchant Card and Third-Party Payments. Box 1 shows the aggregate gross amount of merchant card/third party network payments made to the taxpayer through the PSE during the tax year.
